Once you place your order, we’ll send you a digital proof within 24-48 hours.
If you’re not completely happy with the design, we’ll work with you to make changes — and if we can’t get it right, you’re entitled to a full refund at the proofing stage.
Once approved, your artwork will be printed and dispatched within 2-4 working days, depending on the time of year and demand. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, including when to expect delivery.
