After ordering, you'll receive a proof within 24-48 hours (or up to 2-3 working days during busy periods) for your approval. Provide any extra details in the final section, and we’ll ensure the final design perfectly represents your pet, working closely with you until you’re completely satisfied. If there are any issues with the images, we will reach out promptly.

We use only the highest quality 260gsm poly canvas, professionally wrapped on a sturdy 31mm gallery-grade pine frame — all materials are UK sourced. Every canvas comes ready to hang, complete with a pre-fitted sawtooth hanger.

Proofing Your Artwork
Once you place your order, we’ll send you a digital proof within 5-7 working days.
If you’re not completely happy with the design, we’ll work with you to make changes — and if we can’t get it right, you’re entitled to a full refund at the proofing stage.
Once approved, your artwork will be printed and dispatched within 3–5 working days, depending on the time of year and demand. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, including when to expect delivery.
